Can we buy tickets on the gate?

Yes tickets will be available on the gate for both days of the festival

Can we buy Tickets in advance?

Yes, click here to buy advance tickets which are cheaper than paying for them at the gate

Can we get a refund on our tickets?

Sorry, tickets are non refundable and non transferable

How do I get there?

By Car: The racecourse is situated in Great Leighs, 5 miles north of Chelmsford and has excellent transport links via the A131, A120 and M11. The main entrance is situated off the main A131 bypass

By Rail: The closest railway station is Chelmsford which is a 20 minute taxi ride away

Unfortunately there is no bus service

Is the site wheelchair-accessible?

The site is suitable for wheelchair users with ramps to access all areas

Are there wheelchairs or disabled scooters aavailable to hire?

Sorry, no hire facilities are available

Is this a child friendly event?

Yes, there'll be plenty of hands-on activities for the children ALL FREE

Is there a Cash Point On-Site?

Yes. There is an ATM in the Entrance Lobby.  A small transaction fee will be chargedd

Do you take Credit Cards?

Yes, we take credit card payments for admission and many individual traders take credit cards but it is useful to have cash with you too

Can I bring my own food and drink?

No, there is a large range of hot and cold food and drink available at the festival

Will there be racing on the weekend?

No horseracing will take place on the weekend of the festival

Are dogs permitted to the festival?

Unfortunately dogs are not permitted to the festival with the exception of guide or assistance dogs
