Free cookery classes
with William Grinstead, Braxted Park Cookery School
Here's your chance to take part in a hands on cookery class and learn some new skills. You can eat what you make or take it home to enjoy later! Numbers are limited for each class so to be sure of a place book early. You need to buy an advance entry ticket to the festival and then you will be able to select and book your free cookery lesson. The classes are for adults only. Classes and times are listed below.

Vietnamese Summer rolls with chilli, ginger dip
Steamed and fried pork and vegetable dim sum
Malaysian chicken thigh curry with roti
Gyros and Souvlaki with fried flat bread and cucumber yoghurt

Free Barbecue Demonstrations
Head to the BBQ stage hosted by Christian Stevenson aka DJ BBQ and watch the experts prepare and grill delights such as pulled pork, sticky ribs and juicy burgers. Christian will have some super chef friends joining him. No seat bookings required.
Free Chef Demonstrations
There will be a full programme of chef demonstrations throughout the weekend from visiting and local chefs. No seat bookings required. Simply roll up and bag a seat!
Free Wine and Beer Talks and Tastings
There will be a series of informal talks and tastings throughout the weekend delivered by experts. Fun, informative and free samples. No bookings required. Simply turn up and take a seat
